Our Programs & Classes
Students and enthusiasts of Taekwondo have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

This preschool program is specifically designed for ages 3-5. The Little Ninjas curriculum is based on eight life skills including: Focus, Teamwork, Control, Balance, Discipline, Memory, Fitness and Coordination. The Preschool program also includes basic karate stances, kicks, blocks and basic age appropriate self defense skills and Little Ninja Kata.
Karate ages 6-11
This Karate program is specifically designed for kids ages 6-11. It includes training in forms, sparring techniques, self defense, and random acts of kindness character development.
Adult Karate 13 And Over
This program is specifically designed for karate students 13 and older. The program includes training in self defense, weapons, forms and sparring. The Class also incorporates strength and conditioning. This Program also covers the Bushido Codes Of Conduct.
This program is for our students red belt level and above and teaches leadership in the dojo as well in the community.
Black Belt Class
This class is limited to Black Belt students only and gives our most dedicated and highest ranking students a chance to work on higher levels of forms, self defense, fighting and weapon training at a faster pace.
For our karate kids level students who want to get that extra practice time in for the week. Students get the opportunity to work on what they want to improve their skills. This is not a formal class but instructors are there to help and advise.
Low Country Karate also offers Friday Night Fun Nights, Summer Camps, Competition Team, Demonstration Team and Special Training Seminars.
